What is a monitored customer question?

It is a real, reusable decision question a potential customer could ask before choosing a provider—for example about fit, alternatives, price or trust. It occupies one account-wide question slot; it is not an API request.

What is a complete monitoring cycle?

Every active monitored question is checked once with every provider that is active and live-tested for the plan. Setup, navigation, local suggestions and reports do not start a cycle.

Can I buy Starter or Pro directly online?

Yes. After signing in or registering, you open the secure Stripe Checkout. Nalqerio enables the plan only after a confirmed payment.
