The questions go live to OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT, with web search switched on – exactly as in Nalqerio measurements. The ChatGPT app can answer slightly differently depending on account, location and time.
Why is my company name not in the question?
Because your customers do not type it either. They ask for a recommendation in their town. That is exactly what we measure.
What happens to my data?
We only read your public homepage. Website, company name, type of business and town go to OpenAI for the measurement. We only use an email address if you request the report – once, without a newsletter. Everything is deleted after 30 days.
