1. Provider and customers
Nalqerio is provided by Christof Bartel, Gooskamp 2, 24598 Boostedt, Germany. Contact: support@nalqerio.com, telephone +49 1567 9640913. The service is available to businesses and adult consumers. Online paid checkout is currently enabled exclusively for customers whose billing country is Germany. Requests for other countries are handled personally; no online purchase is available there yet.
2. Service description and plans
Nalqerio provides browser-based software for analysing public websites and monitoring how they appear in responses from enabled AI providers. The voluntary free trial runs for 14 days from creation of the first project and includes 1 project, 3 active customer questions, one complete AI visibility snapshot across the providers technically enabled for the trial, and a website audit of up to 20 pages. Scheduled monitoring, re-tests, reports and exports are not included in the trial. After expiry, results already stored in the account remain visible while new measurements and changes are paused until a paid plan is selected. Starter includes 4 projects, 20 reusable active customer questions across the account, four complete measurement cycles per billing period, 3 targeted re-tests, 3 months of result history, reports and exports. Pro includes 10 projects, 50 active customer questions across the account, four complete measurement cycles per billing period, 10 targeted re-tests, 12 months of result history, the website audit, reports and exports. Both paid plans include the AI provider views shown in the plan that are technically enabled. The features, provider views and plan limits described at purchase and on the pricing page are decisive. A current browser and an internet connection are required. Nalqerio is not an AI provider chat interface and is not legal, tax or business advice.
3. Prices, free trial, small-business scheme and contract formation
The 14-day trial costs EUR 0, requires no credit card, ends automatically and is not automatically converted into Starter or Pro. Email verification alone does not start the trial period; it begins only when the first project is created. Starter costs EUR 40 per month and Pro costs EUR 80 per month. For customers whose billing country is Germany these are final prices; these supplies are exempt under the small-business scheme in § 19 UStG (section 19 of the German VAT Act), no value added tax is charged or separately shown. The binding total price and the monthly billing period are shown immediately before the paid order. A paid subscription is formed only when you place an explicit paid order using the button marked for that purpose and that order is accepted with confirmed payment. A trial or member account never becomes chargeable without such an order.
4. Payment processing through Stripe
Payments, payment methods and invoices are processed through the payment service provider Stripe. Nalqerio does not store full card details. By ordering, you instruct Nalqerio to collect the payment through Stripe, and Nalqerio instructs Stripe to process the payment and issue invoices. Billing is monthly in advance. Stripe provides invoices and receipts, which are also available in the customer portal under “Plans & Usage”. The privacy policy explains processing, recipients and retention.
5. Order confirmation and invoices
After confirmed payment we send you a contract and order confirmation by email. It states the plan, the amount paid, the end of the current billing period, the time of your consent, the contract version and these terms. Stripe issues invoices on our behalf as the service provider and makes them available in the customer portal.
6. Term, renewal, cancellation and use until the end of the period
The subscription has a monthly term with a monthly billing period and renews automatically for a further month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal with effect from the end of the current paid period. Paid access remains available until the end of the period already paid for (use until the end of the period). You can cancel in the customer portal, without signing in using “Cancel contracts here” on the website, or by a clear declaration to support@nalqerio.com. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund months that have started; statutory refund rights and the right of withdrawal remain unaffected. Deleting individual projects does not cancel the subscription.
7. Plan changes and payment problems
Before you confirm a plan change, Stripe shows its effective date and any prorated credit or additional charge. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period. Paid features may be blocked while an unconfirmed or failed payment is resolved. Plan changes do not retroactively alter saved evidence. Statutory remedies for service failures remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination for cause
Nalqerio may suspend access after a prior warning, or terminate the contract for cause without notice, where there is good cause. Good cause includes in particular: material payment default despite a reminder, unlawful use, attacks on the security, availability or integrity of the service, unauthorised access to other accounts or data, circumventing usage, security or cost limits, abusive automated bulk requests, false information provided at order, or any other material breach of duty. Where suspension or termination for cause is attributable to you, fees already due remain payable; unused periods are not refunded to the extent legally permitted. You may also terminate for cause without notice, for example after a material, unremedied service failure, by a clear declaration to support@nalqerio.com. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular those of consumers, remain unaffected.
9. User duties and permitted use
When ordering you provide correct and complete information about yourself, your business and your billing address, and you keep it up to date. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and must inform us immediately of suspected misuse. The free trial is generally intended once per user. Repeated account creation to circumvent trial, security, plan or cost limits is not permitted; where multiple sign-ups appear abusive, Nalqerio may require additional verification or refuse another free trial. Also prohibited are unlawful use, accessing third-party data, accessing private or non-public networks, reselling or subletting access without our consent, and any act that impairs the availability or security of the service. You are responsible for the content you enter and its lawful use. Please note that customer questions and business details you enter may be transmitted to the AI providers enabled for your plan; do not enter confidential or unnecessary personal data there.
10. Measurements, limits and responsibility
Measurements are dated samples from the named API provider. Results can vary by model, time, language and sources and do not reproduce a consumer chat interface. Nalqerio does not guarantee a specific mention, ranking, recommendation, citation or revenue outcome. Plan and budget limits protect against further requests; internal cost displays do not guarantee an exact provider invoice. Required updates and statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
11. Consumer withdrawal information – right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Christof Bartel, Gooskamp 2, 24598 Boostedt, Germany, telephone +49 1567 9640913, email support@nalqerio.com, by a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You may also submit your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” function at https://nalqerio.com/contract/withdrawal. When you use that function you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, stating the content, date and time of your declaration. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your declaration before the period expires.
12. Effects of withdrawal and compensation for services already supplied
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for this. If you expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay a proportionate amount (compensation) for the service already supplied up to receipt of your withdrawal compared with the full agreed service. Simply signing in or first using the service does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. The statutory conditions for expiry after full performance of the contract remain decisive.
13. Model withdrawal form

Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Consumer signature only for a paper declaration. This form is optional; any other clear statement is sufficient.
14. Liability
Nalqerio is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, for an expressly assumed guarantee, for fraudulently concealed defects and under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence, Nalqerio is liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability is excluded. In the event of loss of data attributable to Nalqerio, liability is limited to the effort that would have been required to restore the data had you backed it up properly and regularly. These provisions also benefit Nalqerio’s legal representatives and vicarious agents. Statutory claims, mandatory consumer rights and defects claims under sales and works contract law remain unaffected; liability for warranted characteristics or under mandatory law is not excluded.
15. Data protection, availability and statutory rights
The privacy policy explains processing, recipients and retention. Cancellation and withdrawal are possible without signing in through Cancel contracts here and Withdraw from contract. No additional general availability guarantee is provided; statutory remedies for outages remain intact. These terms do not restrict mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence. Changes are not silently applied retroactively to existing contracts; we inform you by email in advance and you may object.
